VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
DATE: Saturday, 11 May 2019
LOCATION: Civic Park, Smith St Darwin – Darwin Waterfront end of Smith St.
This year the Club will again hold a stall at the biennial IFA Italian Festival.
The event will run from 12pm to 10pm and is a major fundraising opportunity for the club, especially because of how popular our home-made pasta stall has been at past Festivals.
As a not-for-profit organisation, all funds raised will go directly back to our members to help promote and deliver inclusive, grassroots and competitive sporting opportunities.
But we need help to make the stall a success, and therefore maximise our fundraising for the benefit or all our members.
ALL MEMBERS (OVER 15YRS) & JUNIOR PARENTS MUST NOMINATE A PREFERRED TIME (2HRS MINIMUM) TO VOLUNTEER FOR THIS WORTHWHILE FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITY.
AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT – Preferred time priority on first come first serve basis.

I had registered several days ago, & sent emails since, regarding that I can only do morning…. I have not heard anything about any of it as yet….. I have re registered now, & still only can do morning…. since it is tomorrow…. it would be handy to know so I am able to prepare…
